A geometric form inspired stand along sculpture, a building block and a base designed to carry stone, glass, concrete, wood tops of various forms and dimensions.
The octahedron is welded from 12 lengths of cold drawn steel rod and 6 chromed steel balls which are all left in their natural state of finish including the colors created during the welding process. The whole is thoroughly cleaned, detailed and waxed.

Will build  as a coffee table base of up to 17 3/4” in over all height (without a top) including protective feet and a top locating O rings, welded from 3/8″ diameter rod and 3/4” diameter balls.
Components of various diameters as well as an all stainless steel construction are available.
